responsibilities崗位職責(zé):
1.responsible for day to day technical, scientificoperational functioning of dye house. 負(fù)責(zé)染部日常工藝科學(xué)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行。
2.developprovide cost effective, technically correctre-producible batch recipes to bulk production for rft dyeing production. 通過成本效率控制、正確技術(shù)引導(dǎo)、可復(fù)制的染色配方等手段以達(dá)到一次準(zhǔn)染色效果。
3.prepare standard operation procedure for dye house. 制定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化操作程序。
4.coach dye house laboratory technicians team, maintainutilize latest dye lab equipment like datacolor recipe management system, technorama lab dispensing & exhaustion analyzer , etc. 培訓(xùn)染部實驗室技術(shù)團(tuán)隊，使用最新染色實驗器材。
5.responsible to createmaintain database for datacolour recipe management system. 創(chuàng)造并維護(hù)染色配方管理系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)。
6.ionoptimization of dyes, auxiliary chemicalsdyeing program. 挑選并優(yōu)化染料，化工助劑以及染色程序。
7.incoming dyeschemical auxiliaries’ inspectionquality control. 引進(jìn)染料和化工助劑以檢驗和控制染色質(zhì)量。
8.conduct dyed yarns performance testing. 進(jìn)行染色紗實驗。
9.assist researchdevelopment team for dyeing related developmentdocument the various trails. 協(xié)助染部研發(fā)團(tuán)隊工作。
10.work with dye house production team to implement reproducibility to achieve rft dyeing. 與染部生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊共同努力以達(dá)到一次準(zhǔn)染色的目的。
11. ensure safe working environment in laboratory. 確保實驗室工作環(huán)境安全。
qualification崗位要求:
1.graduate/post graduate in textile engineering -wet processing as a major本科或研究生紡織工程畢業(yè)生，濕法工藝專業(yè)。
2.should have 5+ years of work experience in wool, silk, nylon dyesilk blend yarn dying mill’s, preferably in package dye house . 擁有五年以上羊毛染色，尼龍染色，絲綢混合紗線染色經(jīng)驗，具備筒子紗染色經(jīng)驗更好。
required ss技巧要求：
1.should have excellent visualinstrumental （spectral） color matching ss. hands on experience of datacolor / macbeth color matchpredict system. 具備優(yōu)秀的配色技巧以及配色系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用
2.good knowledge of metal complex, acidreactive dyes classauxiliary chemicals. 具備良好的金屬復(fù)合物，酸，活性染料以及化工助劑方面知識。
3.right first time dyeing experience would be added advantage. 具有一次準(zhǔn)染色經(jīng)驗更有競爭力。
4.good english speaking.良好的英語口語能力。
