安徽南虹紡織集團(tuán)成立于2005年7月，經(jīng)省發(fā)改委批準(zhǔn)立項，總部設(shè)在泗縣經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)區(qū)南虹大道1號，集團(tuán)占地面積16萬平方米。

集團(tuán)以安徽南虹紡織（集團(tuán)）有限公司為核心企業(yè)，全資控股泗縣南虹棉業(yè)、南虹商貿(mào)、南虹大酒店（四星級）三家子公司。集團(tuán)享有進(jìn)出口經(jīng)營權(quán)資格，主要從事棉花收購、加工、紡織、面料、服飾、家紡、商貿(mào)、餐飲等業(yè)務(wù)。集團(tuán)現(xiàn)有員工680人，其中大專以上學(xué)歷89人，建立了規(guī)范的法人治理結(jié)構(gòu)。集團(tuán)注冊資金為一億元，年銷售收入5.6億多元，所生產(chǎn)的原棉、棉籽、棉短絨、J32s-J120s精梳紗及各類差別化纖維紗線榮獲安徽省名牌產(chǎn)品稱號。

Anhui Nanhong Textile Group was founded in 2005 July. With the inspection and permission from National Development and Reform Commission, the Group established its headquarter in Sixian Economic Development Zone Nanhong Road No. 1, which occupied 160,000 square meters.

Nanhong textile (Group ) Company Limited as the Group’s core corporation, wholly owned three subsidiarys including ‘Sixian Nanhong Mian Ye’, ‘Nanhong trade’, ‘Nanhong Le Grand Large Hotel’ (four stars ), ‘.

With the offered ‘import and export qualification’, Group mainly engage in cotton procurement, processing, textile, clothing, home textile, business trade and catering operation.

Group currently employed 680 staffs, with 89 of them have acquired junior college or above qualification. It has estabilished standard juridical person management structure. The Group has registered capital 100million RMB, with annual revenue of 5.6 million RMB.

There are Various of company’s products were awarded the title of ‘Anhui province’s high-reputation product’ , including raw cotton, cottonseed, cotton linter, J32s-J120s combed yarn and all kinds of differential fiber yarn.The Group was regarded as market leader of ‘Agricultural industrialization organization’ and ‘Private scientific and technological enterprises in Anhui province’, and the leader of poverty alleviation enterprises. It was awarded as ‘AA+’ credit enterprise by Agricultural Development Bank of China Anhui branch, and ‘To honour contract，keeping reputation’ enterprise by Anhui province bank association. Nanhong is top 500 cotton ginning company in China, it ranked as 38th in ‘worth to investment company’. Suzhou government has commit high attention and resource to develop it to listed company.
